Our collection team will arrive at your site or place of business at a time that’s convenient for you, load up your unwanted pallets, and leave your work-site or place of business with so much more free space, space which you can put to better use.

If you have undamaged pallets taking up precious space on-site, we can arrange for these to be collected by one of our friendly team members. 

All pallet collections will incur a collection charge.  Contact our staff to discuss your needs.

Please forward all details including quantities, sizes, and some images of the pallets to be collected.

We offer a collection service for damaged pallets as well.  We can provide you with a fixed price to remove your unwanted damaged pallets. 

We encourage a safe working environment for our team. If there are obstructions or it's not safe for our team to access your pallets, we will not complete the job.

We are unable to remove any CHEP or Loscam branded (labelled) pallets.

All materials removed from your site will either be recycled, repaired, or disposed of at an approved recycling facility.

Please also include information regarding whether you have a forklift or any other alternative loading equipment on site, your staffed hours, and the street address of the collection. This information will help our collections team to provide the most accurate quotation possible.
